Wireless planning and optimization experts Keima and Wavecall have formed a partnership to deliver next generation
wireless optimization services and software solutions. Keima will implement the industry leading
WaveSight propagation model within their planned Overture network optimization platform, and both organizations
have agreed to provide joint solutions to network operators and infrastructure vendors on a global basis.
Solutions will include software products such as the WaveSight propagation model and Keima planning and
optimization solutions, as well as consultancy services and training. The partnership will enable Wavecall
and Keima to jointly undertake larger projects and develop their applications more rapidly to address
emerging market needs, while maintaining their existing strengths of focus and agility.

Optimization of the radio access network during initial planning is both the cheapest and most effective option:
