About You
- You are a self-motivated and innovative engineer with extensive experience of research
and development.
- You are equally at home white-boarding the next generation of solutions as you are
thrashing out the implementation details of the current one.
- No challenge is too daunting: you have a proven track-record of finding novel solutions
to difficult problems.
- You have the confidence to champion ideas that you know are right, yet you have
the humility to accept when yours is not the best solution.
- You are articulate and can communicate effectively with your peers through discussion
or print.
- You have a good understanding of the modern computing environment from VLSI to server
cluster topologies.
- New scientific and technological fields excite you, and you are keen to contribute.
- You thrive in small groups of smart people.
- You are willing and able to collaborate with other teams, departments, and companies.
- You have a good understanding of modern wireless communications encompassing air
interface design, planning and optimization, for technologies including UMTS and
WiMAX.
